The organizer of the 15th International Conference on Tunnels and Underground Structures (hereinafter: the Conference) is the Slovenian Society for Underground Construction, Aškerčeva cesta 12, 1000 Ljubljana (hereinafter: the Organizer).

The Co-organizer of the Conference is CREATIVE PRO Adriatic d.o.o., Štihova 4, 1000 Ljubljana (hereinafter: the Co-organizer).

All information, provided from the Participants, is received and collected by the Organizer. The Organizer may share this information with the Co-organizer and verified third-party contractors, if necessary for the execution of the event.

Participants are responsible for their belongings during the Conference, the Organizers will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of belongings.

All gendered terms are intended to be gender-neutral and inclusive.

Registration to the Conference is made by filling out the web page Registration form at conference.ita-slovenia.si/en/registration. With the submission of this form, the Participant fully agrees to the terms and conditions of the Conference presented here.

The registration will be validated by the Organizer, after the payment is received. Participation at the Conference is mandatory after the application is validated.

After the registration and payment is complete, an invoice will be issued to the address given in the application form. Early bird registration fee is possible only for registrations received up until the specified early bird date. The invoice serves as confirmation of participation. No additional confirmations will be issued.

If the participant pays the registration fee on the day of the event, the Co-organizer will issue an invoice for the registration fee payment.

Notifications of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the Organizer at info@ita-slovenia.si. Registration fee refund is possible only due to medical reasons, for which a stamped medical document must be provided. In all other cases the Participant must pay the complete registration fee without the possibility of a refund.

The Organizer reserves the right to change the Conference agenda, date and location, and/or cancel the Conference. All Participants will be informed of any changes in advance. The Organizer cannot be held responsible for possible losses and damage due to the changes.

The personal data given in the Conference application form is transmitted voluntarily and will be processed and protected accordingly with the Conference Terms and Conditions, general rules of the Organizer, and valid EU and Slovenian regulations for personal data protection.

By registering, the Participant agrees that the Organizer can collect, process, and store their personal data for the purpose of Conference organization and for providing information on the Slovenian Society for Underground Structures activities. The Participant has the right to request that the Organizer permanently or temporarily stops using their data at any time. The Participant has the right to access their data and the right to review, correct, change or update their personal data in the Organizer’s database.

According to the consent granted during registration, the participant authorizes the organizer to capture and publish photographs and videos of them. The participant consents to be photographed and recorded throughout the conference events. The ITA Slovenia Association reserves the right to utilize such pictures and videos, at its sole discretion, to promote the association’s endeavours and to disseminate information to its members and the general public. This may include publication on digital platforms such as websites, social media channels (including Facebook, LinkedIn, and similar platforms), and other public communication mediums, whether as standalone content or integrated within articles, features, promotional materials, or other formats.
